As a registered member, you can opt to receive shareholder communications electronically or in hard copy. As of 20 February 2012, physical copies of shareholder communications (such as the Annual Report) will only be sent to those registered members who have indicated their preference to do so either through responding to the letters send out on 24 January 2012, or through the online self service website www.investorcentre.co.uk. This website can also be used to modify your personal details (such as address).
