Avocet is currently expanding
its exploration presence to the Philippines.
In September 2008 the Company signed a Memorandum
of Understanding with TSX Venture Exchange-listed
Mindoro Resources, giving Avocet
the right to earn up to 75% economic interest
in the Archangel Project in southern Luzon.
Due diligence is ongoing on this new venture.
